The patient states that they have received clear, sufficient and understandable information about the procedure or protocol purchased, its price, payment terms, scheduling and conditions of service.
By making a deposit or payment, the patient declares that they know and accept the following terms and conditions:
Procedure reservation
The deposit or payment made corresponds to a reservation and/or part of the price of the procedure previously selected by the patient, in accordance with the medical assessment and recommendation.
Performing the procedure is subject to the corresponding medical assessment, clinical indications, the patient's health conditions and any other safety criteria determined by the treating professional.
Time limit to perform the procedure
The patient has a maximum of ninety (90) days from the date of the deposit or payment to schedule and complete the procedure purchased.
Once this period has expired without the patient having requested or arranged the procedure in due time, Radiant Skin may consider the reservation expired, without prejudice to the consumer's legal rights.
Deposits and payments
Deposits made will be applied to the procedure or protocol selected by the patient.
When the patient makes a partial payment and later decides not to continue with the procedure, the amount actually paid may be used to purchase another procedure of equal value, subject to medical assessment where applicable and within the established validity period.
This condition is in no way intended to limit the rights of refund, withdrawal, warranty or any other rights granted to the consumer by Colombian law that apply to the specific case.
Transfer of the procedure
If, due to personal circumstances, the patient cannot undergo the procedure purchased, they may request that the amount actually paid be transferred to another person, subject to Radiant Skin's authorization and provided the procedure is medically and technically viable for the new patient.
If there is an outstanding balance, the transfer may be made for the amount actually paid, and the new patient must pay any remaining balance before the procedure.
The person receiving the transfer must undergo the corresponding medical assessment when the procedure requires it.
Change of procedure
When the patient wishes to use the amount paid for a different procedure, they may request the change within the ninety (90) day validity period.
The new procedure must be of equal value to the amount paid or, if it is of higher value, the patient must pay the corresponding difference.
If the new procedure is of lower value, the handling of the balance will be subject to Radiant Skin's current commercial conditions and applicable law.
Follow-up visits – injectable procedures
For injectable procedures, the patient must attend the medical follow-ups indicated by the treating professional, especially the follow-up during the first month after the procedure.
Follow-ups must take place within the timeframes set by the treating professional to allow proper assessment of progress and results.
After the first month, any additional procedure for touch-up, complement or modification of the treatment may incur an additional cost, according to the medical assessment and the procedure required.
Follow-ups and any touch-ups are always subject to medical judgment and do not imply a guarantee of a specific aesthetic result.
Missed appointments and rescheduling
The patient must give timely notice of any inability to attend a scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and to the validity conditions of the procedure purchased.
Medical conditions and patient safety
Any procedure is conditional on medical assessment and confirmation that appropriate conditions exist to perform it.
If the treating professional determines that a procedure should not be performed for medical or safety reasons, the patient will be informed and, where clinically and legally appropriate, an alternative treatment or use of the amount paid will be sought.
Refunds and consumer rights
The parties acknowledge that these commercial conditions apply without prejudice to the non-waivable rights that Colombian law grants consumers.
Accordingly, no provision of this document shall be interpreted as an advance waiver of rights legally belonging to the patient, including those related to withdrawal, provider non-performance, warranty or any other protection mechanism under applicable law.
Where there is no legal obligation to refund and the patient decides not to continue with the procedure for personal reasons, the alternatives in this document may be used, such as transfer to another person or change to a procedure of equal value, within the corresponding validity period.
Acceptance
The patient declares that they have read and understood these terms and conditions, have had the opportunity to ask questions and receive the corresponding clarifications, and expressly accept the commercial conditions set out herein.
